Portuguese Fish Bake

1 lb. fish fillets

1 small package stuffing mix

1/2 lb. linguiça, ground

1 16 oz. spaghetti sauce

6 slices mozzarella cheese

 

Prepare the stuffing. Mix in the linguiça and spread the mixture on the bottom of a greased baking pan. Lay the fish on top. Cover with the cheese and the spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350° 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
