All begins at 3pm. From East End (Snail Road) to West End (Franklin Street) parade's particiapants will walk (or drive in big cars) Commercial Street signing, dancing, showing-off their costumes and giving away tons of carnival bead necklaces... Sidewalks will be packed with, well, everybody! Whole town stops to watch Carnival parade! Finding parking space in town is impossible - parking only on Route 6. Everybody is taking pictures! Ptown facebook community with many different pages will go wild later in the day.
